I didn't wake up one day with a burning, poetic passion for technology. I just got tired of it being harder than it needed to be.

My first tech hacks had nothing to do with AI, coding bootcamps, or Silicon Valley dreams. I leveraged MySpace and Facebook to crack into the MLS,  the database real estate agents guarded like dragons,  before there were apps and ads for that. I bent WordPress plugins until I landed on a top-10 list of paid bloggers in my niche, before "influencer" and "algorithm" were household words. In my women's self-defense store, I tied a supplier's inventory straight into my website: customers ordered through me, the supplier carried the stock, the site handled the sale. I didn't know it then, but I'd basically MacGyvered my way into what's now called dropshipping infrastructure.

None of it was genius. It was curiosity, tenacity, and a flat-out refusal to let technology hold me hostage.
